Wales Care Awards shortlist for 2013 announced

The Wales Care Awards shortlist has been announced for 2013. There are a total of 15 awards categories and 47 nominees this year. Thanks to everyone who nominated someone for the awards and to our judges for the carrying out the tough job of narrowing down the list of nominees to the shortlist below.
